Position: Move Operations Coordinator

Location: Onsite - Eagan, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20-$24 per hour


Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Move Operations Coordinator to support operational and sales teams with office and industrial relocations. This role ensures seamless coordination across departments, timely communication with clients, and accurate documentation throughout the move process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between sales, operations, and clients to support all aspects of commercial moves
  • Prepare and route accurate proposals, contracts, and certificates of insurance (COIs)
  • Submit credit approval requests for new accounts
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for move-related equipment and personnel
  • Communicate changes, delays, and updates to internal teams and customers
  • Monitor and track equipment at job sites; ensure return and proper documentation
  • Attend internal planning meetings and customer briefings as needed
  • Audit completed jobs for billing accuracy and support accounting with final invoicing

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field - or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics or relocation/moving services preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused with a service-driven mindset
  • Proficient in standard office software and systems
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
